Executive Leadership
Dr. K. Joy David Samuel, M.Com., M.Th.
Founder & Director
Dr. K. Joy David Samuel is the Founder and Director of Grace Intercontinental Mission. Following a life-changing encounter with Jesus Christ in 2016, he answered God’s call to full-time ministry and has dedicated his life to preaching the Gospel, restoring lives, equipping Christian leaders, and advancing God’s Kingdom across the nations.
With over 15 years of corporate leadership experience and more than 10 years of ministry experience, he brings together professional excellence and biblical leadership. His ministry spans pastoral leadership, discipleship, evangelism, leadership development, restoration ministry, and global missions, with a passion for seeing lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ.

Sister K. Sharon Joy
Director
Sister K. Sharon Joy serves as Director of Grace Intercontinental Mission, faithfully supporting the ministry through leadership, administration, pastoral care, and discipleship.
She is a dedicated Family Counsellor, passionate Prayer Warrior, and committed Intercessor who has faithfully ministered to individuals and families through biblical counselling, encouragement, and prayer. As the National Coordinator of the Victory In Prayer (VIP) Team, she oversees and strengthens prayer teams across multiple locations, mobilising believers to stand together in prayer for churches, communities, ministry leaders, and nations.
Her compassionate heart and commitment to prayer continue to strengthen the spiritual foundation of the ministry.

Bishop Dr. K. Aaron
Director – Aaron's Staff College of Full Gospel (ASCOFG)
Bishop Dr. K. Aaron is a respected pastor, teacher, mentor, and visionary leader who has faithfully served in Christian ministry since 1976. His lifelong commitment to preaching the Gospel has been marked by pastoral ministry, church planting, biblical teaching, leadership development, and mentoring generations of Christian workers.
As Director of Aaron’s Staff College of Full Gospel (ASCOFG), he is passionate about preparing pastors, evangelists, missionaries, and ministry leaders to faithfully serve the Body of Christ. His wisdom, experience, and unwavering commitment to God’s Word continue to shape the next generation of Kingdom leaders.
